build it under licence as the Changhe Z-8.

speed at sea level 134 knots.
Maximum range 6,430 miles, and maximum endurance 4 hours.
Maximum payload – 5,000 kg.
Armament – can carry 4 lightweight homing torpedoes in the A.S.W. role or 2 Exocet in
an anti-ship role.
