330 TON WEST INDIAMAN
One of a large number of merchantmen
of this type. Built in 1788 at the Blackwell
yard on the Thames. Others of this type
from the same builder include Amity Hall
of 1789 and St Vincent of 1797.
Dimensions 103' x 27' x 12'.
Up to 12 x 3 pdr could be carried, although
there are sufficient ports for up to 20 guns.
