Description - SPD301 SAN MARTIN
Completed in 1580 as the Portuguese São Martin, she was taken over by the Spanish navy, and became the flagship of the Duke of Medina Sidonia for the Armada Campaign. Although badly damaged during the various actions, she managed to return safely to Spain.
